Boat Course - 7 RIVER MILES:  The river portion of the Dam Challenge is 7 river miles, with the current.  Paddle past towering sandstone cliffs on one of the crookedest rivers you will find.  The Kickapoo River is arguably one of the most scenic rivers to hold a triathlon on. Bring your own boat or race rentals are available.

Bike Course - 14.5 ROAD BIKE MILES  The bike route takes you through the valleys and over the ridge in one of Wisconsin's most scenic rural landscapes. Steep climbs and rapid descents provide the ride of a lifetime! The course goes through Amish country so be on the lookout for road apples! This is not a closed course.  The race shares country roads with vehicle traffic.

Run Course - 3.5 Trail Run Miles: The trail run course of the Dam Challenge uses natural surface trails through woodlands and prairies.  The landscape provides elevation changes, vistas, a true trail run experience.
